**Program Overview** Treasury Services and the Commercial Bank are launching a global, cross-LOB program to improve the client and employee experience and optimize straight-through-processing of payments. We are going to make tools and information available to clients to speed up implementations and we?ll provide multiple ways for clients to quickly get answers to their service inquiries. We?re also bringing together the information and tools employees need in a single, intuitive portal, enabling them to provide faster implementations and inquiry resolution without sacrificing the high degree of accuracy that our clients value. In addition, we?ll leverage data science and artificial intelligence to proactively provide differentiated insights that drive better decision-making and optimize their transaction processing business. The program is structured with four treasury services functional teams (Set-up & Maintenance, Inquiry Resolution, Data Insights and Dashboards, and Foundational Elements), four channels teams (Chase Connect, Access/Access Lite, Navigator 2.0, and APIs), and a program office that will perform overarching demand and delivery management, track key performance metrics, and accelerate adoption. Each cross-functional team will be empowered to refine and prioritize our build and integration based on client/practitioner feedback. **Key Responsibilities** + Act as the Chief of Staff to the Wholesale Client Service & Implementations Transformation Program Lead + Support the development of the overarching plan for the transformation program + Manage key business, technology, and senior stakeholders, and coordinate with the functional teams, channels teams, and program office to ensure the successful achievement of the program?s strategic vision and goals + Help set the program direction by driving consensus on multi-year transformation roadmaps and integrating input from business leaders, executive sponsors, and execution teams + Help facilitate end to end program management including the development of the business rationale, key requirements, and path to implementation + Help identify key transformation deliverables and independently manage specific workstreams + Lead/participate in meetings on behalf of the Program Lead + Liaise effectively with senior stakeholders to communicate progress + Develop meeting materials for the program and broader Treasury Services initiatives + Manage internal deadlines by working with the appropriate teams to ensure program delivery remains on track **Qualifications** + Track record of strong performance at the Vice President/Associate level + Minimum of 5+ years of experience, including experience in strategy, project management, or business management at a financial services, technology, or fintech firm + Self-starter able thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and cross-functional environment that is results-driven + Strong end-to-end problem solving skills, e.g., + Defining and deconstructing problems + Prioritizing issues, analysis, and team capacity + Structuring and building quantitative and qualitative/conceptual analyses + Identifying implications and ?so whats? of data and analysis with the team + Contributing to concise communication materials for senior management + Rigorous, logical thinker with ability to identify and articulate rationale, assumptions, and risks + Excellent relationship-building skills, with ability to establish trust and credibility across lines of business and functions and influence key stakeholders + Fortitude to persevere when confronted with difficult challenges + Strong time-management and organizational skills with ability to objectively prioritize + Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate technical topics to a non-technical audience and business needs to a technical audience + Passion for driving toward an excellent client experience + Open to giving and receiving feedback + Knowledge of treasury services, corporate/commercial banking and client service/implementations functions and platforms a significant plus + Superior judgment to mitigate risk and foster an environment where risk/control issues are escalated and creative solutions are identified + Bachelor?s degree required; graduate degree in a business or technical field preferred + Excellent skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint + Flexibility for occasional travel + Location base in New York preferred; Chicago and Tampa also possible **Additional Background:** **JPMorgan Chase & Co.** (NYSE: JPM) is a leading global financial services firm with assets of $2.6 trillion and operations worldwide.
